Doses of Unconventional Wisdom is an independent publication launched in March of 2026 by me, Dan Cooper....not to be confused with D.B. Cooper...and don't ask, I have no idea where the money is!

Unfortunately, that is often the response that Governments also have...so you'll find my non-partisan musings related to the financial world here. Federal, state or regional...no government entity is off-limits...including the one led by your party or favorite politician.

You'll also find me writing on the Real Estate Industry, a segment that I have diverse, first-hand perspectives in as a long-time home designer, builder, real estate brokerage owner and Proptech company owner.

And finally, I'll write an occasional piece on humanity, based on personal observations and life experiences.
